Products and Services

The products and services listed on this page have been selected for some unique capability of providing more control, reduced expenses, more productivity, and litigation avoidance. The examples we have listed are true. This is not to say that our examples apply in every situation. However, it is safe to say that the situation bears watching. Our objective is to share some information that we hope will be helpful. If you find it useful, we hope you will keep Falcon Direct in mind when it comes time to take action!
Fleet Management
Knowing where your vehicles are, where they have been, and how fast they traveled getting there can save you a LOT of money! Typically our users report a minimum of 10% fuel savings coupled with a 10% increase in productivity. Assuming fuel cost at $4 per gallon and employee cost at $100 per day, that equates to an average savings of $50 PER DAY! That's pretty good for something that costs less than $43 monthly!
And advanced version includes the ability to send and receive text messages for just $8 monthly additional. This system is more affordable than cellular and provides more range than private 2-way radio. You can even include turn by turn navigation instructions at the push of a button for a few dollars more. Want to see how it works? Go to www.info4u.us/TrackBurch.pdf.
Advanced Tire Management
Virtually every vehicle in the USA is running with one or more under inflated tires. Not only is an under inflated tire dangerous, it can cost you a LOT of money. Our Pressure Pro tire monitoring system watches each tire and tells you when it is time to add air. There is a onetime cost of $90 per wheel for the typical automobile or light truck with no continuing cost. The system can easily be moved from one vehicle to another. Most users will see a Return on Investment (ROI) within 15 months. After that, you will typically save around $24 per month, per vehicle. Some users save even more. See www.info4u.us/PressurePro.pdf.
Vehicle Camera Surveillance
Our Creator knew that stealing was high on the list of our shortcomings - so much in fact that the Commandment not to steal is placed ahead of lying and coveting. We all deal with some form of employee theft. One of the larger organizations involved in picking up donations found their drivers were keeping the best items picked up for themselves! Even moving companies with bonded employees still deal with missing items and route diversions. Employee theft of supplies is an accepted fact. The question is - How much employee theft is acceptable?
Vehicle cameras provide a solution. We now have reasonably priced vehicle cameras that can record all driver activity on high capacity Smart Media Cards that can be reviewed and archived on an ordinary PC as desired. Do they pay for themselves? Ask anyone who is using them! For what it's worth, the mean reason for installing vehicle cameras in law enforcement vehicles is litigation avoidance! Visit www.eagleye4u.com for more information on vehicle camera systems.
Building & Office Camera Surveillance
Employee theft is not a potential problem. It IS a problem, whether it is high profile embezzlement, or a trusted employee using your color copier after hours for personal use. Borrowing supplies and tools isn't meant to be theft, but that's what it is when someone forgets to return the borrowed items.
Inexpensive IP based cameras can easily be connected to your office PC to watch a door or office and send you an email with the visitor's picture when they enter. Once installed, you may be surprised to learn who is visiting after hours and for what purpose. The cost for these devices is quite reasonable and there are no monthly fees. Phone Line and 2-Way Radio Recording
We use the term Litigation Avoidance to describe the act of trying to stay out of court or to win, if going to court is necessary. Legal defense is expensive. We assume a minimum of ten thousand dollars for defense and that doesn't include the cost of lost manpower. The primary function of vehicle cameras and vehicle tracking is litigation avoidance. There are obviously other benefits, but staying out of court is very high on the list.
Recording phone and 2-way radio conversations is another tool used for litigation purposes. You've called the big corporations and been greeted with the message that your call may be monitored for training purpose. Yeh, right - training to stay out of court or win if you have to go! Any entity, corporate, governmental, or utility should record all telephone calls. Not only is this a good pro-active legal defense, it can also reduce employee abuse of long distance. Additional information is available at www.falcondirect.com/recorders.
Emergency Assistance
The old call box of bygone days is back. Before the days of modern communications, the call box on the corner was the way that you called for fire, medical, or police assistance. These systems were wired to a central dispatch center. They were very expensive and subject to failure for a variety of reasons. Today we have wireless call boxes that connect directly to 2-way radio systems. They are being used by hospitals, schools, and industry - some even have the ability to control the opening and closing of gates.
We leave it to your imigination as to how wireless call boxes might benefit your business or community. We're just scratching the surface! Additional information is available at www.usa-radio1.com/prices/callboxes.
Community Networks
For several years, we have been working with a number of municipalities to make communities safer and to reduce crime. Limited personnel resources, in particular in smaller communities, have shifted the odds in favor of the bad guys. It doesn't have to be that way!
We offer a number of programs and products to reduce assault, robbery and theft in your community. We will gladly meet with officials of your city as well as members of the business community at your convenience. For additional information or to set an appointment, please call me at 800.489.2611. In the meantime, we invite you to visit www.communityalliance.info for more information.
