Like everyone else in business, we are in business to do business. The difference in what we do is how we do what we do. Strategy One is not a product. It is a service that hopefully will lead you developing a mutually rewarding relationship. Once we have identified common goals, we can proceed toward a review of the products and services we offer. Everything we have done in developing Strategy One is based on the premise stated by Dick Freeman of Troy Cable Company. It goes something like this - People don't do what you expect. In a non-profit scenario, your task is to keep costs to a minimum. In a business environment, your task is to generate maximum profits while maintaining social responsibility for your owners and/or stockholders.

It is not our intent to sell you anything at this time - only to make you aware of some potential means of reducing costs and improving productivity.
